Kathy Hilton seemed to have a deficit of situational awareness when she found herself in the middle of a model’s path on a fashion show runway on Monday night.

The 65-year-old Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills star was supporting her costar Sutton Stracke at her show in Los Angeles, but she appeared to interrupt the catwalk display to chat with Erika Jayne‘s mother, Renee Chahoy.

Video originally posted to Instagram by Jadon Medina showed Kathy — who recently provided support to her sister Kyle Richards — standing and hunched forward as she spoke to a Chahoy, who was situated at the far end of the front row.

Erika’s mother reached out to grab Kathy’s hand, as if to pull her away from the center of the runway, which she appeared to be drifting toward, as the towering model Whizdom Williams turned the corner and headed straight for her.

Whizdom moved slight to the side to avoid knocking Kathy down, but she gave her a tap on the shoulder that mad the seemingly oblivious reality turn her head, revealing a shocked expression on her face.

Kyle looked shocked, then sheepish, as the model tapped her on the shoulder and strutted past her, and other people in the audience could be heard wondering aloud what she was doing in the way

The model grinned ear to ear after the close call, while Kathy looked around sheepishly.

The half-sister of costar Kyle Richards then appeared to follow Whizdom down the runway to get out of the way of any additional models, though she made sure to stay as close to the edge of the path as possible.

It wasn’t clear how long Kathy had been inching toward the running, but one woman could be heard shouting ‘What just happened?!’ at the start of the video.

On social media, fans of RHOBH and Kathy alternated between having a laugh at her mix up and blasting her for being ‘rude’ and stealing the show at her costar Sutton’s event.

‘Kathy Hilton is always rude and obnoxious..She thinks she is someone with the Hilton name..’ wrote on person on X (formerly Twitter).

It featured a semi-sheer maxi skirt, and she wore an enormous clover-shaped gold necklace suspended from thick chains.

It was a major housewives event, and she was joined at the show by her sister Kyle Richards, who contrasted her in a plunging white suit, along with Dorit Kemsley, Erika Jayne and Garcel Beauvais, whose son Jaid, 16, made his runway debut at the fashion show.

She also had a chance to catch up with new Housewives Bozoma Saint John and Jennifer Tilly, who sizzled in a busty striped cardigan when she posed with Kathy on the red carpet.
