Sean “Diddy” Combs is facing a new lawsuit filed by April Lampros, marking the latest in a series of legal challenges for the music mogul. Lampros, who met Combs 30 years ago, alleges a history of abuse and assault that has spanned decades. Represented by attorney Tyrone Blackburn, known for his involvement in other lawsuits against Combs, Lampros’s case brings forth troubling accusations and substantial evidence.

Lampros, a former student at the Fashion Institute of Technology, claims that Combs used his influence in the music and fashion industries to manipulate and control her. According to the lawsuit, Combs initially showered Lampros with gifts and promises, but these gestures quickly turned into an abusive and coercive relationship.

The lawsuit details four separate instances of sexual assault, starting in 1995. Lampros alleges that after feeling unwell at a bar, she was taken to a hotel by Combs and another woman, where Combs assaulted her. She describes subsequent incidents, including one in a parking garage where she was forced to perform oral sex, and another involving Kim Porter and ecstasy at Combs’ apartment.

Lampros also claims that Combs threatened her and used his industry connections to maintain control over her, even attempting to keep their relationship a secret due to her being a white woman. She describes being in fear of Combs and his temper, which he allegedly used to keep her compliant.

This lawsuit adds to the growing legal troubles for Combs, who now faces seven lawsuits in the past six months alone. The cases are being filed under New York’s Gender Motivated Violence Protection Law, allowing victims a two-year window to seek civil relief regardless of the statute of limitations.

The allegations paint a dark picture of Combs’ past, with Lampros detailing a pattern of manipulation, threats, and sexual violence. As more lawsuits emerge, the spotlight on Diddy’s actions continues to grow, bringing further scrutiny to the influential figure.
