The couple made it through to the next round

BRITAIN’S Got Talent fans have spotted a blunder in one of Saturday night’s acts ‘time travel’ tricks.

Couple Jay and Joss took to the stage to perform magic and illusions in front of the judges Simon Cowell, Amanda Holden, Alesha Dixon and Bruno Tonioli.

They began their audition by explaining their love story and played clips out from their engagement and wedding.

The pair then confessed that they haven’t had their honeymoon yet and asked the judges for help – Simon, Amanda and Alesha had to provide a date, month and year for it to take place.

They had to do so while holding a balloon.

Simon chose the 7th, Amanda opted for the month August and Alesha chose 2025.

Bruno then held the balloon and when it burst it, a note came out which stated 07/08/2025.

They were then asked to provide how much money they would spend (£7,700.50), their hotel room number (127), location (Blackpool), and showbiz entertainer (Nicole Scherzinger).

The couple then played out a video of all the choices that had been made – and all of them matched the judge’s choices.

At the beginning of the clip, a newspaper was placed on their table and had the date Tuesday 7 August 2025.

However one fan pointed out on X, formerly known as Twitter, that is incorrect. They wrote on the social media platform: “The act who went into the future & pulled out a newspaper with the date Tuesday 7th of August 2025 are fake, the 7th of August 2025 will be a Thursday, not Tuesday. #BGT #bgt.”

Meanwhile other viewers have ‘figured out’ how the pair did it.

Many took to X to share their thoughts.

One person wrote: “The third member of this act is the chap on the video editor. #bgt”, as another commented: “Isn’t video editing magic #bgt #britainsgottalent.”

A third person added: “The third member of this act is the chap on the video editor. #bgt”.

A fourth viewer penned: “Since when was AI considered magic? #britainsgottalent #BGT”, while another wrote: “Anything with video, external content can all be altered by a team off camera. Nah. #BGT.”
