Kim Kardashian has had some vastly different looks over the years after reportedly going under the knife in the hopes of creating that picture-perfect look

Kim Kardashian has managed to establish herself as one of the ultimate beauty icons after rising to fame on her family’s hit reality show, Keeping Up With The Kardashians.

The 42-year-old has one of the most famous figures in the world, but there’s been a lot of speculation over the years about just how natural her look is.

Kim once admitted she cares about looking good “more than 90 percent of the people on this planet” and has been surrounded by plastic surgery rumours throughout her career.

Here, we take a look at all of the procedures Kim is believed to have had done over the years.

Kim Kardashian once revealed her biggest insecurity was her nose. However, she hit back at rumours she has had rhinoplasty.

“I never had my nose done. Everyone thought I did, and I said wait until I have kids because your real features come out,” Kim revealed while getting her makeup done during a masterclass with Mario Dedivanovic.

Speaking to Wonderland Magazine in 2016, the reality star explained more about her insecurities.

“People think I’ve had my nose done. I haven’t. I used to hate this bump on my nose. Hated it. Now I love that it makes me look more ethnic,” Kim said.

However, she did admit she could see why people might think she’s had work done and blamed it on her contour technique.

Botox

One alteration Kim has admitted to making is getting Botox.

When asked to set the record straight on her changing appearance, the SKIMS founder told Allure: “A little bit of Botox. But I’ve chilled, actually.

“I’ve never had eyelash extensions. I’ve never done anything. I have a drop of mascara on today. I’ve never filled my cheeks. I’ve never filled my lips.”

Kim has long denied having bum implants to enhance her famous behind. The reality star even underwent an X-ray in season six of Keeping Up With The Kardashians to silence the critics who insisted she must have had implants.However, in 2016, Kim did admit to having bum injections to treat her psoriasis. Rumors had started that Kim had implants when a picture started circulating of her indented behind.

Speaking in an Instagram live, she explained: “I went to go get a cortisone shot in my butt. One of my neighbors was a dermatologist at Cedars. I go in there and he’s like, ‘There’s a one in a billion chance that you will get a huge indent in your butt’. Of course, I get a huge indent on my butt.”

Belly Button Tightening

After giving birth to her two eldest children – North West, 10, and Saint West, seven – Kim had her stretch marks removed and her belly button tightened.

“If anyone that’s had babies understands what it does to your belly button afterward and how much your belly button changes, then you really understand how much you need Dr. Ourian tightening around your belly button so that it can look back to normal,” she said in a Snapchat video shared by her cosmetic dermatologist Dr. Simon Ourian.

Kim later welcomed two other children via surrogate – Chicago West, five, and Psalm West, four.

Boob job

Kim Kardashian reportedly underwent a complete body transformation after giving birth to her second child in December 2015.

“Kim is obsessed with having the perfect body,” a source told Heat magazine at the time. “She’s had boob jobs before, and this one was about lifting and shaping with the help of new 34E implants.”

The cost of a boob job on average is between $3,300 – $9,750. Kim has never confirmed she’s undergone a breast augmentation.

Laser Skin Treatments

Kim opened up about using laser skin treatments on her face and body in a February 2018 post on her website.

“For all-over skin radiance, especially on my face, Dr Ourian uses his Cooler treatment,” Kim explained. She said the technology has also proven useful for skin issues.

Kim added: “After breastfeeding North, I wasn’t happy with the stretch marks on my boobs, so I had the area Coolbeam lasered by Dr. Ourian. It made such a difference. The Coolbeam lasers are the best for removing scars, stretch marks and skin imperfection.”
