One of the claims behind the crisis between Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck is the lack of public appearances of the couple. They did not go together to the MET Gala, nor to the presentation of her movie, Atlas, in Mexico City. But a video of an Internet user on their social networks has generated huge controversy by uncovering the latest argument between the two. To put it in context, we are talking about one of the last times they were seen together.

The couple was photographed last May 17 in Los Angeles as they both attended an event in support of their children. However, they did arrive in separate vehicles although they were wearing their respective wedding rings. According to people who were at the event, Ben picked up Lopez and their 16-year-old daughter Emme. No further details about the alleged split have been shared with the public and neither of them have addressed the rumors. It should be noted that both Ben and Jennifer seemed distant in their interactions.

But now a video has seen the light of day where a fan recorded of the couple chatting as they headed out to dinner. The lip reader in the TikTok video claimed to have interpreted their chat. According to media outlet In Touch, this was the conversation, “I’m pretty nice to them, I just think that’s…” Ben said, according to the caption of the video posted on Monday, May 20. “Yeah, but I don’t…” J. Lo apparently replied, prompting her husband to say, “K. And your friends have movies together.” “No, that’s not…” Lopez seemed to say. Ben apparently joked, “Yes, it is.”
