KIM Kardashian has been candid about the lengths she’d go to retain her youthful appearance.

But a physician says the reality star is risking “excessively aging” with some of the steps she’s taken to turn back the clock, citing her rapid workouts and surgeon switch-ups as some of her most worrying.

It’s no secret that Kim, 43, spends much time and money trying to look younger.

And she admitted in 2022 that she’d do much more than that.

“If you told me that I literally had to eat poop every single day and I would look younger, I might,” she admitted to the New York Times.

However, physician Dr. Luciene Oliveira urged the mom of four to consider aging a “great privilege.”

She said physical changes “cannot be completely halted” and warned that some of her age-fighting moves might lead to an older-looking face and body.

And one of her more youth-focused fashion choices could lead to unsightly varicose veins.

“Aging or looking older should be a great privilege for Kim Kardashian,” Oliveira told The U.S Sun.

“Living so many years and having so many experiences in life makes us who we are.

“Kim must understand that this experience needs to be worthwhile.

“Over the years, we also undergo physical changes that, deep down, we may not like.

“We all lose collagen, lose performance, gain fat, and wrinkles. We even shrink.

“Only some of these changes can be minimized, but unfortunately, they cannot be completely halted.

“My advice to Kim now would be to live well, get a good doctor, and stay with the same one.

“Kim could also focus on being truly happy.”

SCARY SURGERY

Kim seems to want to keep her skin looking as young as possible.

Cosmetic injections such as Botox and filler appear to have been involved in her beauty regimen.

“I’m not against cosmetic surgery,” Kim said in 2010 during an interview with ABC News.

Conversely when a patient is looked after by many doctors, there is no continuity.

Dr. Oliveira

“I’ve previously tried Botox. That’s the only thing that I’ve done,” she admitted.

Over the years, the star has been linked to different plastic surgeons.

These include Dr. Simon Ourian, Dr. Jason Diamond, and Dr. Ashkan Ghavami.

According to Oliveira, Kim has been chopping and changing doctors.

“Kim Kardashian influences the masses with her beauty and fashion,” she said.

“She began all these upkeep and preventative treatments many years ago to avoid aging.

“This included things like promoting skin collagen and looking natural.

“This issue is that conversely when a patient is looked after by many doctors, there is no continuity.

Sometimes leaving a few residual wrinkles is worth risking.

“This leads to a risk of lack of quality in procedures and can cause an older appearance.

“This is especially when you end up with an older-looking face like Kim is starting to get.”

GET RADICAL

Kim is famed for her curvy shape and appears to work out tenaciously with personal trainer Senada Greca.

She has been promoting Greca’s 28-day pre-summer shred in her home gym.

It involves 20 minutes of daily exercise, including squats, push-ups, and deadlifts.

She shared a clip of the regimen on Instagram. Senada told Kim she was going too fast.

“I clearly don’t always listen to her lol,” Kim captioned the post.

The regimen would pump “free radicals” around Kim’s body, warned Oliveira

He said this type of fitness would age her “excessively.”

“Rapid-result workouts consume the patient a lot and produce many free radicals,” she said.

“The type of workout that Kim is doing has the risk of excessively aging the skin and body.

Exercising and dieting for 28 days is not the best method.

Dr. Oliveira

“They have quick aesthetic results, which are short-lived.

“This is often at the expense of the patient’s health.

“A balanced and ongoing exercise routine with a consistent plan would be safer.

“This also applies to a regular and healthy diet and meal plan, which are always more effective and nutritious.

“Exercising and dieting for 28 days is not the best method.”

WAIST OF TIME

Kim showed up at the Met Gala on May 6, drawing gasps because of her outfit.

The pricey get-up by John Galliano included a teeny silver corset that sucked in the mom of four’s waist.

“I’ll feel so snatched, I won’t even be able to communicate to you how snatched I feel,” she told Vogue in a fitting.

This was not the first time Kim had been navigating corsets this season.

She posed in another in black leather by Maison Margiela on May 8 and shared the image on Instagram.

Oliveira claimed Kim’s fashion efforts were all about showing off “fertility” and “health.”

“The waist and corsets are a historical and instinctive marker of fertility and good health,” she said.

“Women throughout the ages have always been concerned with maintaining slim waists to attract attention and look sensuous.

“Very tight corsets like Kims can limit lung expansion and impair breathing.

If Kim wanted to maintain this size waist permanently, there are safer rib remodeling procedures.

Dr. Oliveira

“Corsets can increase pressure in the abdomen, hindering venous return and thus increasing the risk of varicose veins and leg swelling.

“Occasional use can only cause discomfort to the wearer.

“They do incisions smaller than liposuction, and then she would wear shapewear afterward.”

SHOE SHOCK

Kim wore 10-inch Pleaser platforms with no heels to the May 6 Met Gala.

She made her much-anticipated entrance on the red carpet, struggling up the steps as the world looked on.

“It’s clever because if I had a shoe with a heel, the heel gets stuck in the metal skirt, and so that was our issue of walking,” she said at the time.

“To wear these, you’re on your tiptoes and you’re balancing the whole time flexing your calf muscles, so that’s what I’m gonna have to do – stand on my tippy toes,” Kim added.

Criticism over the Skims founder’s outfit and shoes came thick and fast.

“It looks like she should be at the ER,” commented one user on X.

“Exercises and stretches allow for a more upright and harmonious posture,” added Oliveira

“Better and smaller heels are the safest option for significant elongation.”

Podiatrist Marion Yau advised against wearing shoes without heels.

“I strongly discourage wearing shoes without a heel, ” she said.

“Due to the greater likelihood of injury, a platform lacking a heel would not be advisable or practical.

“Wearing platform shoes can also lead to a condition in which the foot is held in a permanently downward-pointing position.

“Muscle rigidity, triggered by decreased flexibility, may reduce movement range.

“This may lead to pain in the ball of the foot, arch pain, and Achilles injuries.”
