Kim Kardashian celebrated daughter North West ‘s birthday by treating her and her friends to a day out in New York City.

The SKIMS founder dressed in a casual athleisure look as she walked the streets of NYC with the birthday gang. North and her friends dressed in black personalised t-shirts with the words “North’s 11th Birthday Party” emblazoned on them in candy pink writing.

North and the group of friends also wore pink pyjama pants which featured an “I heart NY” logo and wore pink crocs on their feet. The gang were even spotted hanging out with YouTuber Kai Cenat – who famously previously had a very public falling out with North’s dad Kanye West over some jogging bottoms.

Kim and the birthday crew headed to Paint Me Bear – an art studio in SoHo – which allows guests to freestyle paint their own little bears. Kim and the group of 10 friends of North all flew to New York on board her lavish multi-million dollar private jet.

The outing is just the latest in a string of lavish birthday celebrations for North which Kim has put on over the years. Last year North and her friends were seen heading to the Beverly Hilton hotel in Los Angeles for a very pink themed sleepover.

However, this year saw them venture further afield with celebrations starting on Friday when they reportedly headed to celebrity favourite eaterie Serendipity3 for chicken tenders and ice cream. While Kanye was nowhere to be seen at the bash, his close relationship with North will no doubt mean the rapper has his own celebration planned with his eldest daughter when she returns to LA.

Meanwhile, fans hit out at Kim over the party – and in particular over North seemingly hanging out with Kai while there. One fan wrote on Reddit : “North is going to grow up spoiled AF. Anything she wants she gets.”

“They’re really pushing to make her a child star. She will benefit from her last name regardless. Why not let her be a normal kid and then when she’s 18 she can do all of these things? So sad,” another wondered

A third noted: “Honestly, if she’s gonna get her kid involved with other influencers she needs to be doing so with age appropriate girls.” A fourth scathed: “Idc if he’s famous, an 11 year old girl has no business hanging out with a grown man that isn’t related to her. How is that appropriate?!”

A fifth said social media user added: “Isn’t that the guy Kanye got into some unhinged fight with? Like he sent him the wrong size pants and Kai pointed that out so Kanye called him a plant and went on some toxic rant in an interview about him.”
