“I don’t know how viral it’s gone” – Tara Davis-Woodhall opens up about viral video with husband Hunter Woodhall after winning gold at Paris Olympics

Hunter Woodhall, who will be competing in the Paralympic Games in Paris, was overcome with emotion after watching his wife live out her dream.
The two then later shared a special moment rewatching a video of her gold medal performance with his reactions during the competition and their celebration right after her victory.
“I don’t think I’ve been more happy in my entire life,” Hunter Woodhall gushed while watching the video of his wife winning gold.

The Paralympic Games begin on Aug. 28. Hunter Woodhall will be competing in the 100m and 400m T 62 events.
She continued, “It’s like I can’t believe it, but I can believe it. I’ve worked so hard this season to get right here. Being undefeated was one of my goals and I told myself, ‘No one’s going to outwork me this year’ and I put something so far out there that no one could touch.”
Tara’s appearance in Paris was her second Olympics, but her first medal. As she prepared to get the gold, Hunter had been her No. 1 fan. “We’ll be back,” Tara quipped on Thursday when asked about Hunter’s chance in the spotlight. “This is not the end of the Olympic season. We have the Paralympics in two weeks; make sure you guys are watching [and] tune in. Hunter’s gonna do something crazy.”
