Meg Thee Stallion’s Toned Abs And Strong Legs Are On Full Display In Her Latest Workout Video

Megan Thee Stallion is making a statement with her latest workout video. The rapper has shown serious dedication to her fitness routine over the last few years, but in a new workout video, she recently shared that she’s got “real big things coming in 2024” and so, she’s “gotta be the best goddamn Megan Thee Stallion I can be.”

To accomplish that goal, Meg said in the voiceover of her workout video that she was going to the gym two times a day and cutting out all distractions. And all her hard work is already paying off—Meg’s abs and legs look super strong as she crushes multiple strength-training exercises and finishes her workout with some booty-boosting cardio.

The “Cobra” rapper starts her workout with leg lifts, holding an exercise ball between her feet. Not only does this move work the abdominal muscles while also helping with stability, it also fires up the glutes and the outer and inner thighs.

Meg then moves on to doing staggered leg deadlifts with a kettlebell. For this exercise, Meg slowly drags the kettlebell down her leg, hingeing at the waist to bring it back up.

This total-body workout move puts a focus on the hamstrings and glutes, as well as increases the heart rate due to lifting a heavy weight. Meg continues her workout with bodyweight squats and bicycle crunches before finishing it off with some cardio on the stair climber and elliptical.

A few days later, the musician followed up that workout video with some more snaps from the gym, showing off her strong body. Megan’s fans loved the #fitspo, with one commenting, “Goals,” and and another saying, “Meg you just told me to get up and do some crunches without even speaking a word.” And fellow celeb Paris Hilton chimed in, saying, “That’s hot đŸ”„đŸ”„đŸ”„đŸ˜.”

Meg has been putting in a lot of hard work over the last few months, and has shared many updates of her fitness journey on Instagram.

In an October video, she showed herself doing side crunches that toned her obliques, as well as some compound exercises.

While using battle ropes, Meg jumped on and off of a platform with resistance bands around her legs. Then, she did leg tucks with her feet suspended in TRX bands.
