“I ask if there’s anything they don’t want to talk about. Sometimes they say, ‘I’d appreciate if we not talk about this.’

Hughley, who wasn’t directly mentioned by Williams, still took to his platform to criticize the interview, implying that Sharpe was stirring up unnecessary drama.
Harvey, another powerful figure in the entertainment industry, reportedly began working behind the scenes to dissuade other celebrities from appearing on Club Shay Shay.
The tension between Harvey and Williams dates back years, with accusations of sabotage and perpetuating harmful stereotypes about Black men.

Sharpe addressed the backlash, noting that if the Seales interview was the only one fans had an issue with out of all his episodes, he could live with that.
However, the criticism continued to mount. In May last year, TMZ Sports reported a break-in at Sharpe’s Los Angeles home, leading to speculations that it might have been a failed attempt on his life.
