“Y’all are not ready for her 😍 Golf is a family thing!!” wrote proud father Alexis Ohanian earlier this year.

The husband of 23-time Grand Slam champion Serena Williams has time and again revealed on social media how much his daughter Olympia loves golf.

In fact, she’s grown a lot of interest in the sport lately. So much so, that now she’s begun to flaunt her pro skills outdoors. At least that’s what her father has hinted in yet another promising update.

The Reddit co-founder took to X and shared a post, dated December 28, highlighting Olympia’s golf journey.

Remember, he took her to a golf course on her seventh birthday, back in September, where they had a fun time.

In a post on Instagram, she was seen posing near a goal spot in a high-neck sleeveless pink top and white miniskirt, with her dad.

Now, he’s revealed how her pursuit in the sport is going, as they visited the Albany golf resort in The Bahamas. Dropping a candid picture with Olympia on Saturday, he wrote, “Jr got four stokes for this hole and got par so proud”

In golf, a Par is basically the number of strokes one’s expected to take to complete a hole or round of holes.

According to father Ohanian, it seems Olympia is making gradual but strong strides in golf. Her growing interest comes from various moments shared with her parents at different golf courses.

For example, Ohanian shared a video back in April where Olympia was seen enjoying her time at a golf course with him and mother Serena Williams.

Alongside the clip, he also shared a photo in which the little one was getting ready to hit a shot.

Then in May, he posted another picture where she was seen excited to take a shot in the golf course. “Took @OlympiaoOhanian out for some practice. Y’all aren’t ready,” he wrote on X.

While Olympia’s love for golf is escalating, her father has made it very clear that she can take up whatever sport she likes in the future. And that he’s got no preoccupied notion in his mind for her career.

Being tennis icon Serena Williams‘ daughter, one would assume that Olympia should take up tennis. In fact, the mother, herself, has iterated her own wish for her daughter to pursue the racket sport. But Olympia’s interests have always varied.

In recent times, she’s started liking golf a lot and her parents don’t mind it at all now. It was evident from a response her father gave on social media when a follower asked him about Olympia’s interest in sports.

Expressing his happiness in allowing her to choose what she likes, he wrote, “Whatever sports Jr wants to play! Here for it” But being at an early age, she’s also attracted to other hobbies apart from golf. So what are her other interests?

For the unversed, Olympia also likes ballet and is a huge soccer fan too. Not to mention her passion for VR gaming. But when it comes to fashion, she’s totally like her mother Serena Williams.

 “She’ll set up before bed what we need to wear in the morning. And she says, ‘Blue shirt, blue shirt, blue shirt.’ And then she goes, ‘Mama wear this or these shoes.’ She always tells me to [wear] heels,” Serena revealed back in 2020 in an interaction with PEOPLE magazine.
