Swift is known to spice up her finale whenever the tight end is in attendance, changing the lyrics to “Karma” from “Karma is the guy on the screen coming straight home to me” to “Karma is the guy on the Chiefs coming straight home to me,” but she left fans in shambles on Sunday, Oct. 20, when she made the lyrical tweak while Kelce was across t

“legit thought i was dreaming,” one stunned fan wrote on X as they shared a clip of the moment on the social media platform.

It’s believed to be the first time she’s made the change without Kelce there to hear it, as one fan emphatically wrote in all caps on X, while another shared a picture of the two celebrating the team’s most recent Super Bowl championship and wrote, “KARMA IS THE GUY ON THE CHIEFS …and he’s not even there. our girl down really bad for killatrav damn.”

Many also found humor in the location, with someone else writing, “singing ‘karma is the guy on the chiefs’ on miami dolphins home turf is funny asf.”

Plenty were also surprised to find that the stadium was playing the Chiefs game on a variety of television screens throughout the venue, with one person calling the move a “total flex” in response to a photo showing off one screen boasting “TAYLOR SWIFT THE ERAS TOUR” framed on either side by the game and another writing, “She loves her man🥹 that’s so precious honestly.”

The Chiefs are currently up 6-0 after beating the 49ers. Up next, they play the Las Vegas Raiders on Oct. 27, while Swift performs in New Orleans for the weekend.
