Ben Affleck has been reportedly ‘hanging out’ with a new woman amid his very public divorce from Jennifer Lopez. 

The Oscar winner, 52, was recently seen with Kick Kennedy, 36, the daughter of former presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy, Jr, 70, and his first wife, Emily Black, 66, at the Beverly Hills Hotel, according to Page Six. 

Despite the two being spotted together, the nature of Ben and Kick’s relationship is currently not known.

Now who is Kick, the woman with the famous name and family?

Kick, born born Kathleen Alexandra, is an actress who has enjoyed small parts in several TV shows and movies, including Curb Your Enthusiasm, starring her stepmother Cheryl Hines, 58.

Her most recent role was as a ‘lazy tourist’ in 2021’s Fear and Loathing in Aspen.

That woman has been identified as actress and socialite Kathleen 'Kick' Kennedy, 36  (Pictured in West Hollywood, CA in June 2021)

She is a graduate from Stanford University in California where she studied both history and theater.

The actress has a social media presence, boasting 17.1 k followers on Instagram,  but hasn’t posted anything there since August 24, 2023, in which she appeared with a Saker falcon.

She has mingled with other celebrities such as Taylor Swift, who notably dated her brother Conor in 2012.

A perusal of her social media indicates a love of travel with photos of trips to Egypt and Madagascar shared on the platform.

She was named for her great-aunt, Kathleen Kennedy, who also known to the family as Kick.

The first Kick was born Kathleen Agnes in 1920, and was the older sister of Kennedy’s grandfather Robert F. Kennedy and uncle, President John F. Kennedy.

Kathleen Agnes shocked her devout Irish Catholic family by marrying William Cavendish, the Marquess of Hartington, and Protestant in 1944.

The marriage was short lived, lasting only four months, as Cavendish died in the line of action in Belgium in September of that year. Kathleen lost her life four years later in an airplane crash in France.

News of Affleck and Kick comes just days after the Oscar winner’s estranged wife, Jennifer Lopez, officially filed for divorce earlier this week on Tuesday on their second wedding anniversary.

The singer filed paperwork without an attorney and a prenup – two years after the pair tied the knot in July 2022, followed by a second ceremony the next month on August 20.

After months of split rumors, Lopez pulled the plug on her marriage to Affleck when she filed for divorce on Tuesday.

She cited ‘irreconcilable differences’ as the reason for the split, and listed April 26, 2024 as the separation date.
