Swifties are falling in love with Taylor Swift all over again after seeing the singer’s reaction to the reveal of a fan project during her Munich, Germany, stop of Eras Tour.

In a video shared via TikTok from the concert, Swift prepared to perform her song “Willow” from the album Evermore. Her dancers helped her with an outfit change when she looked up and saw the crowd filled with handmade light-up orbs just like the dancers during the song.

Her mouth dropped open and she seemed to say, “Oh my god,” before a small smile appeared. Swift appeared to admire the sight before getting back into character for the performance.

Fans adored Swift’s surprised reaction, with many commenting things like, “she is so precious,” “her face lit up 🥺🥺🥺,” and “this feels illegal to see her smile OMG.”

“i love when we surprise her✨✨ uno reverse taytay,” said another, while a different Swiftie chimed in, “Moments we see the true Taylor Alison.”

Someone else emotionally replied, “I’m so glad she sees the genuine love that we all have for her.”

A fan who attended the Munich show where this happened shared a video showing all of the lights in the audience, as well as in the huge crowd of fans out on the hill outside of the stadium.

The location, called Olympic Hill, sits right outside the stadium and the elevated area allowed an estimated 25,000 or more people to tune in to Swift’s performance along with the more than 50,000 people inside the packed Olympic Stadium. According to the Associated Press, water and emergency blankets were provided to the fans outside to help with the extreme heat and bright sun.

Swift finished her stop in Munich with a final show on Sunday, July 28, before heading to Warsaw, Poland, next.
