Spoelstra’s ex-wife, Nikki Sapp, took to Instagram and posted a nude video
Sapp’s video was in response to fans who have trolled her for divorcing the highest-paid head coach in the NBA
Spoelstra received the largest contract in NBA history, agreeing to an eight-year, $120 million deal.
However, NBA fans took their attention toward Spoelstra’s former wife Sapp.
Both divorced in November after seven years of marriage.
Fans took to social media to troll Sapp and bring up his record-breaking contract to her.
She would respond and post a video to her Instagram account which boasts 41,000 followers.
Sapp was seen in a bathtub and appeared to be nude as the camera only showed herself from around the neck-up.
The caption read, “For the win” as she was promoting bath pillows.
Earlier, Sapp took to her Instagram Story and re-shared a “way to fumble the bag” comment made by a troll.
And Sapp revealed that she’s been receiving harassment ever since her former husband signed the massive extension.
“I’m going to address this comment not as it pertains to my personal life choices but as it relates to a general thought process that I believe a lot of people have and that a lot of people have harassed me with over the years,” Nikki stated.
“According to crass, ignorant, uninformed society at large, women can’t ‘win.’
“Women can’t be genuinely in love with someone successful.
“No, they’re pretending and they’re in it for the money. And if a woman chooses to not be with a successful partner, apparently she’s an idiot.”
Sapp went on to say the comments affected her emotional health and said to “be nicer.”
Spoelstra and Sapp announced the end of their marriage in November.
Sapp is a former Heat dancer and the host of the “The Know with Nikki Spo” podcast.
Spoelstra has won two championships and reached the NBA Finals six times in his 16 years as a head coach.
Miami lost to the Denver Nuggets in last season’s NBA Finals and hold a 21-15 record in 2023-24.
