LeBron James

LeBron James’ wife Savannah James posted a heartwarming story on Instagram that had Draymond Green’s wife Hazel Renee reacting to.

LeBron James’ 2023–24 NBA season came to an end when the LA Lakers were eliminated from the playoffs by the Denver Nuggets in a gentleman’s sweep. The Lakers suffered a heartbreaking 108-106 loss to Nikola Jokic and his team in Game 5 in April. During his exit interview, he mentioned that he plans to spend more time with his wife, Savannah James, and their kids.

The four-time MVP wasn’t with his family on Saturday but his wife gave their fans on Instagram a slice of family life. She captioned:

“BGJ!!! Saturday rolling with my twinnem.”

The video showed Zhuri James oblivious to everything except blowing bubbles while riding around Hollywood. Savannah James recorded Zhuri in the video.

Draymond Green’s wife, Hazel Renee, reacted to the heartwarming video:

“King James” reshared the same story on his IG. He didn’t say anything but the emojis that filled the post were enough. James likely wanted to have had that time with them.

LeBron James uncertain about his future for the next season
Aside from telling reporters that he was going to spend more time with his family, LeBron James’ future remains a mystery. He stated that he and his agent, Rich Paul, would evaluate everything and decide on the next steps in his career. James even declined to answer when asked if he had played his final game for the Los Angeles Lakers.

“I’m not going to answer that,” he said.

The NBA’s all-time career points leader has until June 29, 2024, to either opt-in or decline a $51.4 million player option. If he chooses the latter, he is likely going to the team that drafts Bronny James, which is something he has dreamed of for years.

The opportunity to play with James Jr. will be a dream come true for the 20x All-Star. If that happens, it will be another history made, as no father and son have ever played in the NBA at the same time. As alluring as that chance could be, he might choose to stay in Los Angeles so as not to uproot his wife and other kids.

Besides, LeBron James has softened his stance about Bronny James joining him in the pros. He said on a few occasions that he would be willing to play against his eldest son.
