HAILEY Bieber has been accused of trying to one-up her husband Justin’s ex, Selena Gomez, with an outfit similar to one of the pop star’s recent looks.

After five years of marriage, the model and singer announced their first pregnancy on Thursday.

Despite their celebration surrounding Hailey, 27, and Justin, 30, some fans have remained curious about his ex-girlfriend of eight years, Selena, 31.

Some believe that there is bad blood between the Lose You to Love Me singer and the socialite, especially after the couple shared footage from their intimate vow renewal ceremony last week.

In the clips, the pregnant Rhode Beauty founder donned a skintight white off-the-shoulder lace gown with a matching veil that wrapped around her head.

Hailey cradled her developing baby bump in the shoot, which seemingly took place on a mountaintop in Hawaii during her recent trip to the islands with Justin.

In the clip, the pair were joined by a minister who held a Bible between them as they grasped hands.

The video included shots of them kissing and hugging as they announced their pregnancy to the world.

SOMETHING FISHY?

But fans noticed something familiar about Hailey’s look for her special day.

The headwrap looked strangely similar to one Selena wore during a recent Paris appearance in February.

The songwriter donned a black, vintage-inspired $4,600 flared Dior minidress, complete with silky tights, Versace black pointed-toe pumps, and diamond jewelry while in the French city.

The Only Murders in the Building star added a black scarf around her head to finish the elegant look.

FAN THEORIES

Eagle-eyed fans noticed Hailey’s choice to wear the same exact styled wrap just three months after Justin’s ex, with several accusing the model of trying to “one-up” Selena.

“Oneupmanship,” one penned on Reddit, sharing a side-by-side of the two looks.

“I get what you’re saying,” a second agreed, while a third commented, “These are super similar.”

“She definitely copied her,” a fourth mentioned.

Justin and Selena dated off and on throughout their teen years and into their 20s.

Their romance began in 2010 after their manager introduced them.

On New Year’s Eve, the celebrity couple was spotted kissing on a yacht in Saint Lucia.

Then, in February 2011, Justin and Selena made their red carpet debut together at the Vanity Fair Oscar party.

Three months later, the singer confirmed their romance to Seventeen Magazine.

But the couple’s relationship became rocky in 2012, and they split ways in November due to “trust issues” and spending too much time apart.

By April 2013, they were back together, though their reconciliation didn’t last long.

A year and a half later, they called it quits again.

Justin and Hailey acknowledged that they were in a relationship, but made it clear they were not exclusive.

During another interview with E! News, Hailey said that the pair were “not an exclusive couple,” adding, “relationships at this age are already complicated, but I don’t really like to talk about it because it’s between me and him.”
As for Justin, he spoke with GQ saying that Hailey was “someone I really love” but starting a serious relationship was not a good idea because there was already “a lot that [he had] to commit to,” including a tour.
Later that year, the pair split in a “very dramatic excommunication,” according to People.

June 2018

After Hailey and Justin called it quits, he got back together with Selena Gomez, but in May 2018, the pair called it quits for good.
A few weeks later, Justin got back together with Hailey.
“The common denominator, I promise you, is always church,” Hailey told Vogue, via People.
“By then we were past the drama. I just gave him a hug. By the end of the conference, he was like, ‘We’re not going to be friends.’ I was like, ‘We’re not?’ ”
The pair went on to have a number of PDA-filled public appearances, confirming their relationship was back on.

July 2018

Justin and Hailey announced their engagement.
He popped the question during a romantic dinner in the Bahamas while they were on vacation, according to People.
“Hailey I am soooo in love with everything about you! So committed to spending my life getting to know every single part of you loving you patiently and kindly,” Justin said in an Instagram post.

September 2018

On September 13, 2018, Hailey and Justin tied the knot during a courthouse wedding in New York City.

November 2018

Hailey changed her last name on social media from Hailey Rhode Baldwin to Hailey Rhode Baldwin Bieber.

September 2019

Hailey and Justin had a wedding ceremony in front of their friends and family at the Montage Palmetto Bluff in Bluffton, South Carolina.

In December 2014, Justin sparked romance rumors with Hailey, which were further ignited a year later when they were seen kissing on New Year’s in St. Barts.

After a slew of other short-lived relationships, Selena and the Canadian singer rekindled their romance one final time in November 2017.

In March 2018, the pair took a short break, and the pop star got back together with Hailey.

Two months later, the Disney Channel star decided to end the relationship, with a source telling Us Weekly at the time that her family and friends didn’t “really support” her romance with Justin.

MOVING ON

Just five months after they split, the singer said “I do” to Hailey, sparking rumors that he had cheated.
