Justin Bieber‘s $10 million lawsuit against a woman who claims he sexually assaulted her in 2014 will be kept out of the public eye after the singer dragging his ex-girlfriend Selena Gomez into it.

According to court documents obtained by RadarOnline.com, the 27-year-old Canadian pop star and Jane Doe, who goes by Danielle, have decided to work out the lawsuit in private mediation. Both parties had a status hearing on November 3 with judge Terry Green and agreed.

Bieber sued Danielle in 2020 after she claimed on social media that he sexually assaulted her at a Four Seasons Hotel in August, Texas. According to Danielle, the alleged incident happened on March 9, 2014.

Bieber called BS on her accusations and said he had receipts to prove he was nowhere near the hotel that night. Using his ex as an alibi, the star’s lawyer claimed he was actually with Selena when the alleged sexual assault went down.

Bieber admitted to being in Austin during that time but said he was at SXSW and spent the night with Selena in a rental near the event.

But she’s not the only female who accused the singer of sexual assault.

A woman named Khadidja alleged he assaulted her at the Langham Hotel in New York on May 5, 2015, after the Met Gala. Bieber denied her claims, alleging she’s a superfan who often waits outside of his hotels just to get a glimpse of him.

The Peaches singer said he was at the Langham Hotel but insisted he was at a private after-party until 4 AM.

Bieber sued Khadidja over her allegations too. His legal team called her sexual assault claims “outrageous, fabricated lies.”

As RadarOnline.com exclusively reported, Bieber accuses them of attempting to ruin his reputation with their damning social media posts. He wants a whopping $10 million from each woman for damages.

Khadidja’s attorney has fought back, alleging her accusations are protected by the first and fourteenth amendments.
