Tyson Fury and Oleksandr Usyk have 'signed contracts' for undisputed fight in Saudi Arabia

Tyson Fury and Oleksandr Usyk have ‘signed contracts’ for an undisputed heavyweight showdown in Saudi Arabia, according to stunning reports.

Fury vs Usyk could take place on December 23 or in January, per ESPN’s report.

The self-proclaimed ‘Gypsy King’ meets Francis Ngannou in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, on October 28, but appears set to return to the Middle East to face the unified Ukrainian world champion.

Usyk, meanwhile, made the second defence of his WBA (super), IBF, WBO and The Ring Magazine titles against Daniel Dubois last month.

He stopped the Brit in the ninth round to improve his professional record to 21-0, which includes two victories over Anthony Joshua.

The proposed Fury vs Usyk bout had been in the works previously until both parties failed to come to an agreement over terms and conditions, with promoter Frank Warren exposing emails to prove his fighter was not to blame.

Though it seems the blockbuster bout is back on, with Saudi Arabia set to host the clash.

If Fury vs Usyk lands on December 23, then it could go head-to-head with Chris Eubank Jr vs Conor Benn as Eddie Hearn has eyed that date for the all-British grudge match.
