Tyson has been forced to put his boxing return on hold after a health scare
Milan Tyson has wished her father, Mike Tyson, a Happy Father’s Day with a rather touching message on social media.
Tyson, who has been recovering from a health scare of late, received the message on Sunday morning as fathers around the world were celebrated for their contributions to the lives of their children.
Mike Tyson ignores a fan with a huge tattoo of him and denies him a pictureParker Johnson
Tyson has a close relationship with the 15-year-old Milan, whom he fathered during his time with Lakiha Spicer.
What did Milan Tyson’s message say?
As part of her celebration of Father’s Day, Milan Tyson posted a picture of her father from many years ago, in which he was holding a much younger Milan.
Her caption was heartfelt and what caught the eye.
“I love you so so much daddy!” Milan Tyson posted.
“Have the best daddy appreciation day everrrr.”
Milan Tyson has sporting aspirations of her own
Whilst Mike Tyson is contemplating a return to the sporting arena with a fight against Jake Paul, his daughter is also following in his athletic footsteps.
She has long held an interest in tennis and hopes to turn that into a career at some stage, although it’s unclear if that will be possible down the line.
It helps to be connected, and since she started showing a serious interest in tennis, Tyson’s daughter has been able to count on the assistance of Patrick Mouratoglou, who is working as her coach.
He is a well-regarded name in women’s tennis, and he is also coaching both Serena Williams and Coco Gauff, two of the most popular names in the sport at this juncture.
There may well be another Tyson in the headlines in the near future, if Mouratoglou is able to shape Milan into a professional tennis star.
