Kim Kardashian’s daughter North West had enough of her mum trying to keep up with the times and hung up on her halfway through a phone conversation.

Reality star and socialite Kim, 43, shares four children with her ex-husband Kanye West – North, Saint, Chicago and Psalm West. She has shared what her children think of her on her TV show, The Kardashians, and most recently admitted they have all labelled her “embarrassing.”

North, who is nearly 11 years old, made a brief cameo on a recent episode of the reality programme when Kim made a call to confirm a story about her being “cringe”. The SKIMS founder revealed she misused the slang term ‘gyatt’ – which is a term used for someone with a big bum.

“Gyatt means a big butt. I got it off TikTok,” Kim laughed. “It makes you feel so old when you don’t know what the slang words are.” Kim admitted to purposefully misusing it to annoy her children and gave an example of how she used it: “I was like, ‘Guys, we’re late. We’ve gyatt to go!’

“And they were like, ‘Mom! You’re so embarrassing!'” She proceeded to call her daughter North and asked why she found her to be a “cringe mom.” North said: “First, you’re so cringey because you’re saying those words,” before Kim quickly added a “Gyatt damn!” which caused North to hang up the phone.

Elsewhere in the episode, she asked Saint what he thought of her. She questioned: “Do you think I’m a cool mom or am I a cringey mom? ” Saint had a cheeky reply as he whispered: “Cringey.”

Kim also vented her frustrations about her children’s indifference towards her during a conversation with her mum, Kris Jenner. When Kris asked how Kim spent her birthday with the four children, Kim said: “I was stuck doing everything that everyone else wanted to do.

“I was stuck watching YouTube unboxing videos on my birthday, I had a FIFA tournament, Colour Me Mine. You should see the ugly thing I made. Like, this is not what I wanted to be doing on my birthday. I need to sit my kids down and be like, ‘This isn’t Mother’s Day. Like, this is my day’.”

She described the day as “torture” before Kris confessed she “would die” if forced to participate in any of those activities.
