Erik Ten Hag’s time  at  Manchester United  appears to be coming to an end as  the Red Devils  lost 4-0 to  Crystal Palace  in  the Premier League  at  Selhurst  Park . Reports a few months ago suggested that  Ten Hag  would be in charge of the team next season, with co-owner  Sir Jim Ratcliffe  satisfied with him and ready to sign him in the upcoming summer transfer window. With another loss in  the Premier League , the likes of  Zinedine Zidane  move closer to  Manchester  United  as the club will consider their options should they decide to sack  Ten Hag  after the end of the season. Cristiano Ronaldo fans are enjoying Ten Hag’s  poor performance  with  Manchester United  since the Portuguese striker  questioned the coach in the past when he was with the team from 2021 to 2022.

Zidane’s  move to  Manchester United  is getting closer after he denied being in talks with  Bayern  Munich , who are looking for a replacement for  Thomas Tuchel , who has agreed to part ways with the German giants  due to inconsistent results this season. . Zidane was asked about the possibility of becoming the new coach  of Bayern Munich  next season, but the French coach  said: “No. I’m watching the match  [Real Madrid vs. Bavaria] . Hopefully  Real Madrid  will win.”

The results against  Crystal Palace  clearly show this team’s poor performance this season. The 4-0 loss means  Manchester United  have conceded 81 goals this season in all competitions, which is the highest total in the club’s history since the 1976-77 season. Another poor statistic the team has is that  Manchester United  lost 13 matches in a Premier League season  for the first time in history. The Red Devils   are ranked 8th in  the Premier League  with 54 points and behind  Chelsea, Newcastle United and Tottenham.

Most recently, the loss to Arsenal   at   Old Trafford  last night with a 1-0 result, maybe Cristiano Ronaldo  is right, perhaps he should change to another coach so that Manchester United  will be more stable and not be as broken as they are now.
