Taylor Swift sent a sweet secret message to her boyfriend Travis Kelce as she confirmed the song, So High School, is about him when her new album came out.

The hitmaker, 34, is currently on tour in the United Kingdom, with fans speculating that Travis may accompany her very soon. It is not known when or if Travis will join his girlfriend on tour, but the pair often support one another, so it is likely he will.

Taylor seems loved up with the Kansas City Chiefs tight end. And in April she released The Tortured Poets Department, with fans quick to listen to and decode the 31 songs Taylor unveiled, with two songs on the album believed to be about Travis – The Alchemy from the first part of the album, and So High School from the Anthology part of the album.

Eagle-eyed fans then spotted that in the So High School lyric video, which was shared on Taylor’s YouTube page, she seemingly confirms fans’ suspicions about the song being about Travis, whom she began dating last summer.

In the lyric video, Taylor seemingly highlights her and the Kansas City Chiefs tight end’s initials. This takes place 45-seconds into the video.

The lyrics being crooned at this point are: “Cheeks pink in the twinkling lights / tell me ’bout the first time you saw me,” with the T and K from the word twinkling in a pink hue, and the T and S in the word lights also in a pink hue. Meanwhile, all other letters are white.

Reacting to the sweet Easter Egg, fans were quick to share their thoughts online. Taking to X, one person penned: “TK AND TS HIGHLIGHTED IN PINK OMGDMSMDMSMD.”

Another added: “TK AND TS?! IN THE SO HIGH SCHOOL LYRIC VIDEO?! I’M OKAY I’M OKAY.” While someone else said: “our girl is SO IN LOVEEEE.” And a fourth penned: “So many TKs and TSs in the lyric video and of course the pink TS and TK in the twinkling lights.”

On the track she sings: “Are you going to marry, kiss or kill me? / It’s just a game but really / I’m betting on all three for us two,” with this also hinting that the song is about Travis. Back in 2016, when Taylor was dating Joe Alwyn, Travis appeared on Afterbuzz TV and was asked to play a game of “Kiss, Marry, Kill”. He was given the names of three celebrities – Taylor, Ariana Grande and Katy Perry.

Responding to the question, Travis replied: “Damn, that’s messed up. I don’t want to kill any of them.” He then added: “Ariana, sorry, love you, but you’re gone. And then Taylor Swift would be the kiss. And what’s the last one? Katy Perry? Yeah, Katy Perry would be the marry.”

A version of this story was first published on April 21, 2024.

How to buy Taylor Swift Eras Tour tickets

Taylor Swift fans looking at resale tickets for the upcoming Eras Tour in the UK can purchase them from from a number of online retailers right now.

Sites such as viagogo and Vivid Seats allow fans to buy resale tickets from other fans. However, it is important to note that many event promoters say tickets should not be resold after initial purchase and will not be valid for admittance to gigs.

Fans attending live events with tickets acquired through resale websites are advised to double-check the ticket terms and conditions at the point of sale – such as Ticketmaster or Live Nation – to ensure a smooth live event experience. Tickets could be voided if they were found to be bought second-hand. As a result, fans are buying at their own risk.

With that said, viagogo also commented: “viagogo is a regulated marketplace where fans have the freedom to buy and sell tickets to their favourite live events, safely and securely, backed by a guarantee.”

Although the above sellers, including viagogo and Vivid Seats, are not “official” retailers, they do have a number of strict terms and conditions in place to keep ticket buyers and ticket sellers safe.
