Pop star Camila Cabello and F1 driver Charles Leclerc sent the internet into a frenzy after their exchange at last weekend’s Miami Grand Prix.

The 27-year-old had reached out to the Ferrari star in the form of a viral TikTok that has garnered more than 25 million views. In it she pretends to try and get Leclerc’s attention by screaming his name in increasingly pained and amusing ways.

The singer’s efforts to catch the attention of the Monegasque driver, who is in a relationship with TikTok star Alexandra Saint Mleux, clearly worked as she was pictured greeting him in the Scuderia garage ahead of the race on Sunday.

Not only was Leclerc familiar with the former Fifth Harmony member but he had seen her social media post from a day prior, saying: ‘I saw the TikTok video.’

The pair then laughed, with Cabello unable to hide her delight at the happy conclusion to her social media skit.
